WARRANTY
We want you to be as happy with our goods as we are in providing them to you. We offer a one-year limited warranty from date of purchase for any defects in workmanship. If you are having problems with your products, please contact us at Society@UseNifty.com, or any other method mentioned below. If you’ve had your products for 30 days or less, please see our return policy below.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship our butane-filled goods with the United States Postal Service. Due to shipping regulations with lighter fuel, we are limited to Ground Services only within the 48 contiguous United States.
Order Timing: Orders are picked, packed and prepped to ship within 2 business days. Historically, USPS ground shipping has taken between 3 to 5 days to arrive once they leave our facility. This range is not a guarantee. You will receive email updates to track the shipment status.

Returns: To initiate a return within 30 days after your purchase, log-in to your account here. Our Customer Support team will communicate with you before approving the return. We will not accept any packages shipped without the use of our return labels and pre-authorization.
